Nikolaos Mountakis has over 25 years of experience in the private and public sector. He is a Senior level executive, and Business Development, with a lot of years of experience, of which more than 4 years in Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund and in Growthufund.
He is carrying significant hands-on experience in general and financial management within large and mid-market organizations.
From 2017 to 2021 he successively joined in collaboration with the Cooperative Bank of Chania and the Chamber of Commerce, through the foundation of an s.a company with the name Business Park of Chania S.A, the construction of a new Business Park that is already being implemented. Nikolaos also served as a member of the Board of Chania Business Park as a Deputy CEO with the duties of General Manager.

In addition to driving change, he has led the establishment of Project Management Offices (PMOs) that have improved governance and streamlined operations.
Theo holds a BEng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Distributed Information Systems from UEL in the United Kingdom.
Panagiotis Kaitsiotis brings in more than 18 years of experience in the banking and financial leasing sector, holding managerial positions in leading institutions such as Bank of Cyprus, Marfin-CPB Bank, Dynamic Asset Operating Leasing, and Piraeus Bank. He has held the position of the Head of Financial Control and Collections Department, successfully managing a diverse portfolio of large financial leasing accounts at the forementioned institutions. He also served as Manager of Property Utilization with a subsidiary company of Marfin Group, handling a large portfolio of industrial facilities, office spaces and commercial buildings, aiming to achieve efficient management and income generation through rentals and sales.
During the recent years, he established and managed his own business, “Casa Greek” Realty, focusing on real estate development and property management.
He holds a BSc in Management and Economics from the University of West Attica.
Charisios Sioulas brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, with a specialized focus on financial restructuring and management of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Throughout his career, he has held senior positions, including as the Senior Relationship Manager and Head of the Non-Performing Loans Department at CEPAL Hellas, where he successfully led the Retail Workout Division across multiple branches in Greece. His expertise in NPL management, coupled with a deep understanding of financial restructuring and recovery processes, has enabled him to consistently exceed performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency.
His proven ability to deliver strategic solutions in complex financial environments underscores his commitment to achieving sustainable results for clients and organizations.
George Machairas is a Financial Analyst with experience across several consulting firms, specializing in business modeling, debt restructuring and company valuations, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His academic background is further complemented by professional certifications in Investment Products from the Bank of Greece.
Panos Livanos is a Senior Commercial and Business Development Executive with 25 years of experience, of which 15 years in Vodafone Group at various roles throughout its global footprint, for Digital Transformation, IoT (Internet of Things), Mobile Private Networks (MPN) and Agile Product delivery.
He has fostered growth by engaging with Global Technology & Telecoms companies at the C-band level to fundamentally to change how businesses operate, deliver value to customers, and drive sustainability goals on all market segments and market verticals.
By assessing & benchmarking customer’s B2B/B2C capabilities, Operations and Strategy and suggesting areas of improvement with a concrete action plan, he integrated digital tools, platforms and data-driven insights, harnessing Big Data to develop structured actionable insights & KPIs across the entirety of organizations, resulting in improved efficiency and customer experiences, leading to new business models, streamlined operations and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
Most recently, as Global Principal Manager IoT & MPN for Vodafone Group Services Plc, Panos led the IoT & MPN team, successfully managing the business acceleration programs for 29 Partner Markets across 46 countries. He played a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional global teams and driving digital transformation programs that contributed to the team’s consistent revenue target overachievement.
Panos held several leadership roles at Vodafone Innovus, a Global IoT Solutions provider where he spearheaded the development and global launch of over 20 IoT solutions, establishing the company as a Vodafone Global Centre of Competence and Vodafone Business Greece where he was responsible for the company’s B2B portfolio, delivering cutting edge solutions to customers.
Panos holds an MSc in Communications & Radio Engineering from King’s College London and a BEng (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering from Sussex University. A regular keynote speaker at international forums, he speaks English, Greek, French and German.
Boriana Pereva is a Senior Business Consultant, with wide experience over 25 years in Investment Consultancy and Strategic Business Development accumulated in Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey. Her expertise includes formation of joint ventures, business acquisitions, public tenders, real estate development projects, and diverse business synergies in above mentioned countries, where she has developed a wide network of business and professional contacts in the private and public sector.
Currently she is the of Head of Public Sector at Falcon Capital – From 2020 till 2024 she served as Senior Advisor to the CEO at Enterprise Greece, the State Agency for Investment and Trade in Greece, operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her role focused upon the promotion and attraction of foreign investments to Greece, facilitating and assisting the process through communication with foreign investment institutions and trade agencies, organizing and participating in strategically targeted business missions abroad, attracting and welcoming business investors to the country, organizing and promoting conferences and networking events in various economic sectors, among others in energy, constructions, real estate development, tourism, technology & innovation, start-ups, etc.
Boriana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and Master’s Degree (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law from the Aristoteles University of Thessaloniki and an MBA from the University of York and the University of Strasbourg. She is also accredited as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Managers (CIM).
Further, she also holds a Type A Insurance Consultant Certificate, issued by The National Bank of Greece in 2014, having gathered extensive experience working and cooperating with some of the biggest Insurance Companies and Brokers in the wider region.
In his previous role as the Head of Commercial Operations for Elpen Pharmaceutical Group, he was instrumental in managing and expanding the company’s footprint across Europe. He led the group’s commercial operations and licensing activities, building a strong network and overseeing a significant subsidiary in Germany.
During 2005-2011 he served as Elpen’s Group Corporate Development Director and led Group’s strategic partnering and licensing activities in Europe, CEE, MENA, and APAC Markets. He was responsible for signing a large number of contracts in multi-million-euro range for Innovative, Generics and Biosimilars drugs.
His career is marked by a consistent ability to enhance profitability, spearhead market entries, and foster strategic partnerships that deliver substantial value.
He holds a BSc in Pharmacy from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA from the Warwick University in UK. He is a certified Pharmacist.
Kyriakos Stelios Vikelis is a Corporate Finance and Corporate Banking expert with over 25 years of experience, holding a variety of managerial roles in leading domestic and international financial institutions, Banks, and Consulting Firms.
His career has started in the Large Corporate Banking Department of EFG Eurobank, and has since continued in Hellenic Bank Ltd (SMEs financing and Large Corporate Banking), Geniki Bank SA — Societe Generale (Head of Business Center Piraeus, Head of Business Center Peloponnese in Patras and Hard Recovery West Greece in Ioannina), Chania Bank (Head of Hard Recovery Banking), in boutique consulting firms where he has excelled especially in the financial restructuring sector and he remains an executive consultant, and in the Greek House Davos, where he has also been exposed to the environment of the World Economic Forum.
Kyriakos graduated from Bayes/CASS Business School Of the City University Of London where he completed his MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance. He has completed his BSc in the Economic Science Department at University of Piraeus.
Christos Giarlelis is a c-level executive, carrying significant hands-on experience in general and financial management within large and mid-market organizations. He is one of the founders and managing partner of Falcon Capital, a boutique advisory firm focusing on M&A transactions and strategic investments.
Christos has been managing companies in the F&B industry for more than a decade. He held the position of GM and CFO at Paxman Ltd, a specialized manufacturer of flavors, emulsions, and compounds for the beverages industry. At the same time, he was the Advisor to the Board and acting CFO at Unisol S.A., leading the financial and operational restructuring of the company.
During 2016-2019 he served as Group CFO at Selonda Aquacultures, one of the largest producers of Mediterranean fish worldwide, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. As key member of the group’s executive team and sponsor of M&A projects, he has actively participated in the group’s sale process, successfully leading to a pivotal strategic divestment of the Greek Systemic Banks. After the completion of the transaction, he moved to Kefalonia Fisheries S.A. and managed as the Principal, several key acquisitions aiming to achieve strategic expansion and growth.
Formerly, he held the position of GM at Simos Food Group S.A., dairy producer, and trader and 3PL services provider.
From 2000 to 2014, he successively joined Bank of Cyprus and Geniki Bank (Group Société Générale), holding managerial positions within the mid-market and large corporate banking divisions.
He holds a BSc in International and European Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services from the University of Manchester and an MBA from the International Hellenic University. He is also accredited as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
Riccardo Lambiris has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. His professional career began at Rockwell Golde in the United Kingdom and continued in investment banking at EFG Telesis Finance and HSBC Bank plc, where he held managerial positions covering a wide range of sectors and products in the markets of Greece, Cyprus, and Southeastern Europe.
From 2017 to 2021, he served first as CEO and later also as Chairman of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), where he worked methodically on the restructuring of the organization’s portfolio and completed a significant number of important privatizations. Additionally, from September 2021 until February 2024, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Athens International Airport S.A„” successfully leading the company’s listing on the Athens Stock Exchange. Riccardo also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Attica Bank and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Riccardo is an elected BOD member of the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
Riccardo holds a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Sussex (BEng) and two master’s degrees: an MSc in Eng. Project Management from the University Of Birmingham and an MSc in International Trade, Transport, and Finance from City University (CASS) in the United Kingdom.
