COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

- When subscribing to FALCON’s Newsletter, where users/visitors of the Website may voluntarily provide some of their personal data. The personal data collected will be retained only as necessary for reviewing and considering submitted Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and cover letters for potential job placements, as well as for sending newsletters to users/visitors who have opted in. The data will be collected and retained exclusively for these purposes.
FALCON will retain the personal data for the duration required to fulfill these purposes, not exceeding one (1) year. If a job opportunity arises within this period, we may contact you regarding potential employment. Upon completion of the application process or after one (1) year, all provided personal data will be deleted. Personal data submitted voluntarily, without a request from FALCON, and for which there is no explicit consent or valid legal basis for collection and processing, will not be considered and will be deleted immediately.
FALCON maintains pages on social networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, where no processing of personal data takes place. There is the possibility of communication with the administrators of each page via message. In the event that the administrator of any page receives messages containing personal data of natural persons, such data is treated as strictly confidential, and their use serves solely the purpose of communication, with immediate deletion after fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected.
Public data and publications consisting of comments or content posted on FALCON’s social networking platforms, along with your personal data accompanying such publications or content, which may include a pseudonym, username, user ID, comments, likes, status, profile information, and photographs are not collected, stored, or processed by FALCON and therefore do not create legal obligations for FALCON. Public information and publications are always public, meaning they are available to everyone and may appear in search results on external search engines.
FALCON does not exert and cannot exert influence or control over the nature and extent of the personal data collected and maintained by social networking platforms as a condition or result of their use, and bears no responsibility for the collection and processing of personal data carried out by them. The personal data collected through your submitted Curriculum Vitae (CV) for job interviews are used exclusively for assessing your qualifications for potential job positions and preparing for interviews. This data is essential for our recruitment process and is handled with the utmost confidentiality. The collection and processing of this data are strictly necessary for fulfilling our obligations related to the recruitment services you have requested. Additionally, if a suitable job opportunity arises within one year, we may contact you regarding potential employment. For these purposes, your explicit consent is required, and your information will be retained for a maximum of one year to allow us to evaluate your application and consider you for future job openings.
FALCON may use your personal data to comply with applicable laws or legal procedures or to respond to requests from competent governmental or European authorities, as well as to protect its rights and the rights of third parties. - Right to be informed regarding which data FALCON processes, after contacting the “Data Controller” (Articles 13-14 “GDPR”),
- Right of access to your personal data, meaning you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data exist and to be informed about their content and origin, as well as to access them (Article 15 “GDPR”),
- Right to rectify your personal data, meaning you have the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of your personal data and to request the correction, completion of incomplete data, taking into account the purposes of processing, updating, or modifying them (Articles 16, 19 “GDPR”),

- Right to data portability of your personal data held by FALCON, in order to receive them in electronic format and transmit them to a third party (Article 20 “GDPR”),
- Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory data protection authority, namely the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
In the event of exercising any of the above rights, the “Data Controller” will take all possible measures to satisfy the request within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the relevant application, informing you in writing of the satisfaction or the reasons preventing the exercise of the right. If due to the complexity or number of requests this is not technically feasible, the deadline may be extended for an additional two (2) months, following your notification.
Severability
