Panos Livanos is a Senior Commercial and Business Development Executive with 25 years of experience, of which 15 years in Vodafone Group at various roles throughout its global footprint, for Digital Transformation, IoT (Internet of Things), Mobile Private Networks (MPN) and Agile Product delivery.
He has fostered growth by engaging with Global Technology & Telecoms companies at the C-band level to fundamentally to change how businesses operate, deliver value to customers, and drive sustainability goals on all market segments and market verticals.
By assessing & benchmarking customer’s B2B/B2C capabilities, Operations and Strategy and suggesting areas of improvement with a concrete action plan, he integrated digital tools, platforms and data-driven insights, harnessing Big Data to develop structured actionable insights & KPIs across the entirety of organizations, resulting in improved efficiency and customer experiences, leading to new business models, streamlined operations and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
Most recently, as Global Principal Manager IoT & MPN for Vodafone Group Services Plc, Panos led the IoT & MPN team, successfully managing the business acceleration programs for 29 Partner Markets across 46 countries. He played a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional global teams and driving digital transformation programs that contributed to the team’s consistent revenue target overachievement.
Panos held several leadership roles at Vodafone Innovus, a Global IoT Solutions provider where he spearheaded the development and global launch of over 20 IoT solutions, establishing the company as a Vodafone Global Centre of Competence and Vodafone Business Greece where he was responsible for the company’s B2B portfolio, delivering cutting edge solutions to customers.
Panos holds an MSc in Communications & Radio Engineering from King’s College London and a BEng (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering from Sussex University. A regular keynote speaker at international forums, he speaks English, Greek, French and German.
